疲劳自评量表在溃疡性结肠炎与疲劳性亚健康人群疲劳评定中的应用

Objective:To evaluate the action of fatigue self-assessment scale on fatigue assessment in patient with ulcerative colitis and people with fatigue-predominant sub-health. Methods: The scale was applied in patient with Ulcerative Colitis and people with fatigue-predominant sub-health, and five factors and total fatigue score were analyzed. Results: In addition to two items which related with fatigue consequences, others items scores are different between patient with ulcerative colitis and people with fatigue-predominant sub-health(p<0.05). Five factors scores and total fatigue score of FSAS in patient with ulcerative colitis are lower than them in people with fatigue-predominant sub-health (p<0.05).There is difference in distribution of degree of five factors and total fatigue in people with fatigue-predominant sub-health and in patient with ulcerative colitis(p<0.05).Conclusion: There is difference in degree and feature of fatigue between patient with ulcerative colitis and people with fatigue-predominant sub-health. Using fatigue self-assessment scale can assess fatigue and can distinguish patient with ulcerative colitis from people with fatigue-predominant sub-health.
