随着智能手机的不断普及，基于智能手机的应用也迎来了美好的发展机遇。本文基于Windows Mobile手机操作系统，实现了一款录音播放的应用软件。借助于此软件，使用者不但可以方便地感受录音和播放功能，还可以对电话录音，复制，移动，重命名和删除语音文件，并且可以采用email，bluetooth和gprs等方式把语音文件发送出去。此软件为Windows Mobile手机的使用者带来了很多的便利和贴心的服务。
With the increasing popularity of smart phones, applications based on smart phones also usher in the wonderful opportunities for development. Based on Windows Mobile operating system, this paper implements an application software of recording and playing. With this special software, users can not only easily record and play, but also copy, move, rename, delete the voice files, and send out the voice files by email, bluetooth, gprs and many other ways.
