电力通信传输网自愈能力评估系统的设计与实现

随着电力通信传输网的迅速发展,网络规模日益庞大,网络结构日益复杂,仅仅依靠人工处理故障已不能保证通信网的高效可靠运行,因此网络自身的自愈能力变得越来越重要。这就需要开发一套电力通信传输网自愈能力仿真平台,能够实现故障模拟、自愈仿真和风险分析等功能,为电力通信传输网的管理、运维和人员培训提供仿真环境。本文设计并实现了一套电力通信传输网自愈能力评估系统,具体包括自愈能力评估指标体系的建立,自愈能力评估方法的确定以及自愈能力评估系统的详细设计和实现。在电力通信传输网的真实环境下,通过原型系统验证了论文成果的可行性和有效性。
With the rapid development of the electricity transmission network, the network scale becomes larger and the network structure becomes more complicated. Only relying on manual processing fault can not ensure efficient and reliable operation of the communication networks. So network's self-healing capability is becoming increasingly importment. This requires to develop a simulation platform of the electricity transmission network's self-healing capability. And it can achieve fault simulation, self-healing simulation, risk analysis and other functions, to provide simulation environment for the management,operation and maintenance and staff training of the power transmission network. This research designed and implemented a set of power transmission network self-healing capability assessment system, including the establishment of self-healing capability evaluation index system, self-healing capability evaluation method, and the detailed design and implmentation introduction of the self-healing capability assessment system. In the real environment of the electricity transmission network, it verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the thesis outcomes through the prototype system.
