粉末烧结体闭式热模锻致密与成形的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Powder Sinter Closed Die Forging And Forming Dense
热模锻工艺是高温毛坯在外力作用下发生变形充满型腔,获得所需形状、尺寸具有一定机械性能的模锻件的锻造生产工艺。本文选择闭式热模锻工艺对烧结坯的成形与致密过程进行研究。采用了DEFORM-3D软件,模拟出了不同的工艺参数(摩擦系数、初始相对密度、锻造速度)条件下,粉末烧结体材料在高温下闭式模锻成形致密规律、应力应变规律.模拟结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,初始相对密度越大、摩擦系数越小、锻造速度大的锻造成形的致密效果越好,因此为实际生产中选择最佳的工艺参数提供重要的参考价值。
Hot die forging process is to obtain the required shape, size, with a range of mechanical properties of die forgings forging production process.The deformation is in the high temperature under the action of external force on the workblank..This paper choose closed hot die forging process on sintered forming and densification process research.We use DEFORM-3D software to simulated the regularity of forming dense and stress-dense under the different process parameters (incloding Coefficient of friction, initial relative density, velocity forging).The simulation results show that: when the other conditions are the same, the greater the initial relative density, the smaller friction coefficient and the larger forging speed of forging forming result in the better the density effect.Thus providing an important reference value to select the best of the actual production process parameters.
