电信行业数据稽核监控系统模型研究

Revenue assurance system establishment has been becoming a goal and direction for the operation management of state and international telecommunication enterprises．But there is not a mature scheme in building an automatic platform of revenue assurance. Based on the analysis of the revenue leak of the state telecommunication enterprises and referring to the project experiences of state and international famous corporations, a telecom data audit and monitor system model is proposed in the way of data auditing. On the basis of the newly proposed telecom data audit and monitor system model, a real platform was built in a major telecom operator in JiangXi province. The results show that the newly proposed system model is practical,and it can make a great economic profit.
