基于28S rDNA和COI基因的反颚茧蜂亚科9属系统发育关系研究(膜翅目:茧蜂科)

本文基于28S rDNA和COI基因序列,以最大似然法(ML)和最大简约法(MP)构建分子发育树,探讨反颚茧蜂亚科9属之间的系统发育关系。反颚茧蜂亚科28S rDNA和COI基因的A+T含量明显高于G+C。联合后序列总长度为934bp,其中保守位点657个,变异位点252个,简约位点143个。系统发育分析结果显示隐鞭反颚茧蜂属与光鞘反颚茧蜂属为姐妹群,巨穴反颚茧蜂与宽齿反颚茧蜂互为姐妹群,与传统分类学观点一致。反颚茧蜂亚科系统发育分析需多基因联合以进一步提高准确性。
his study aims to explore the phylogenetic relationships of Alysiinae based on 28S rDNA and COI gene.The phylogenetic relationships were analyzed with the maximum likelihood and maximum parsimonious method.The percentage of A+T is significantly higher than that of G+C for 28S rDNA and COI of Alysiinae.The length of 28S rDNA and COI is 934bp,and there are 657conserved sites,252variable sites,143parsimony informativesites.The phylogenetic tree showed that Idiasta and phaenocarpa are sister group,Aspilota is the sister group with Orthostigma,which were in the line with traditional taxonomic view.The phylogeny of the Alysiinae is required to further improve accuracy by multi-genetic analysis.
