BCL-2抑癌作用的展望

bcl-2 is studed most deeply and widely for regulation of cell apoptosis at present,it restrain cell apoptosis in tumor promotion and inhibite cell proliferation in tumor suppressor function. Its cancer promoting mechanism has been revealed more clearly, but little is known about the mechanism of inhibition of cell proliferation. Recent studies increasingly show that, the function of BCL-2 is closely related to mitochondrial. This article focuses on the role of BCL-2 tumor suppressor and mitochondria-mediated function.
