he Problem of the Profit Distribution is one of the main problems in the incentive mechanism in project team. On the basis of the coalitional game with transferable use in cooperative game theory, the paper put forward the profit distribution pattern for the team and the utility analysis pattern on input, risk attitude, hard-working and other uncertain factors in profit distribution.
