基于模糊控制的两级串联式ISD半主动悬架
he Semi-active Suspension System in Model Two-stage Series-connected ISD Based on Fuzzy Control method
两级串联式"蓄能器-弹簧-阻尼"(Inerter-Spring-Damper, ISD)悬架,以传统被动悬架为第一级,以并联的蓄能器、弹簧和阻尼器为第二级,采用两级串联的方法。针对带有两级串联式ISD半主动悬架的建立了二自由度模型,设计了双输入单输出的模糊控制器,在Matlab/Simulink环境下以滤波白噪声作为随机路面输入信号对两级串联式ISD半主动悬架模型进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明, 与两级串联式ISD被动悬架相比,基于模糊控制的两级串联式ISD半主动悬架能够有效降低车身垂直加速度和轮胎动载荷,从而改善了汽车的乘坐舒适性和行驶安全性。
he inerter-spring-damper (ISD) system is called for short ISD suspension system. In such a suspension system, the first stage is a conventional passive suspension, and the second stage is a parallel inerter-spring-damper. The two-degree of freedom suspension model was built up and a two-input one-output fuzzy controller was designed. And taking the filtered white noise as random road input signal the simulation studies of semi-active suspension model with the software of Matlab/Simulink was carried out. The simulation results show that compared with the ISD passive suspension, the two-stage series-connected ISD semi-active suspension system with the fuzzy controller greatly reduces the vertical acceleration and tire dynamic load so that improves the ride comfort and safe performance.
