微生物分解代谢尼古丁调控机制研究进展
Research progress of microbial nicotine degradation regulation mechanism
随着烟草生产和消费量的逐年剧增,尼古丁对人类健康和环境造成的危害也越来越严重,有效控制卷烟和烟草废弃物中尼古丁含量的研究受到研究者广泛的关注。有效降解尼古丁的微生物主要集中于节杆菌属和假单胞菌属,降解尼古丁的代谢途径、代谢相关基因和酶学机制的研究已较为详尽,但是尼古丁分解代谢调控机制的研究还不完善。本文简述了尼古丁分解代谢调控方面取得的进展,以期为尼古丁的高效降解提供指导作用。
With the rise in global tobacco production and consumption, nicotine toxicity may be a leading cause of lung cancer, death and environmental pollution. A number of researchers focus on effectively controlling nicotine content in cigarettes and tobacco wastes. Several bacterial species, particularly those in the genera Arthrobacter and Pseudomonas, can use nicotine as their sole carbon and nitrogen source. Although a number of studies on biochemical and molecular nicotine degradation have been provided, the regulatory mechanism has not been well documented. This article briefly describes the progress in the regulation, mainly related to two operons in Arthrobacter, in order to provide a guide role on nicotine highly degradation.
