曝气铁炭微电解工艺预处理糠醛废水研究
Study on pretreatment of waste water by aeration iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process
采用曝气铁炭微电解工艺预处理糠醛废水,在反应时间为60min、进水CODcr为10000mg/L左右、pH<4时,对CODcr的去除率>45%,废水的可生化性也显著提高。曝气铁炭微电解工艺的处理效果与pH值有关,其对糠醛废水CODcr的去除率较普通铁炭微电解工艺有明显的提高。
Pretreatment of furfural wastewater by iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process with aeration was studied,in 60 mins , before reaction CODcr is 10000 mg/L、pH<4, after reaction CODcr removal rate reached above 45%,biochemistry rised in evidence. pH effected result when aeration iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process dispose furfural wastewater in advance. Compare to ordinary iron-carbon micro-electrolysis process , CODcr removal rate obviously rised.
