宁夏医科大学总医院患儿先天性心脏病发病情况与孕母孕中期超声检查的相关性研究

Objective：To explore the correlation between the incidence of congenital heart disease (CHD) admitted in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University and the ultrasound examination of pregnant women in the second trimester. Methods: From October 2015 to October 2018, CHD children aged 0-14 years old who were diagnosed by cardiac ultrasound and/or surgery were selected as the research subjects for retrospective analysis; consultation by telephone/SMS Ultrasound examination data of pregnant women in the second trimester. Results：The pregnancy detection rate of CHD ultrasound in the second trimester of pregnancy was 90.82%, the detection rate was 13.78%, and the detection accuracy rate was 66.67%; the detection rate of CHD ultrasound screening in tertiary hospitals was higher than that in secondary and other hospitals ( P <0.05); patent ductus arteriosus, atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, and pulmonary hypertension are the main pathological types of CHD in children; the single type of CHD in children is basically consistent with the incidence of two or more types of CHD. Conclusion：The level of CHD ultrasound screening for pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy in Ningxia is still far from the domestic advanced level, and it has obvious hospital level differences. Therefore, the screening level of pregnant women with CHD during the second trimester in primary medical institutions should be strengthened.
