电光调谐奇偶交错滤波器设计

为得到高矩形度、低旁瓣、调谐速度高的奇偶交错滤波器,提高波分复用(WDM)系统中的带宽利用率,基于双折射LiNbO3晶体波导的电光效应,利用多级周期性级联的叉指电极组控制偏振模式的转换。控制电压由滤波网络的传输矩阵的z域求解取值得到,从而进行奇偶梳状滤波。仿真表明,该滤波器具有较高的矩形度,旁瓣可达到35dB,并且通过改变控制电压值可以实现不同带宽比的奇偶交错滤波。

In this paper, in order to realize an interleaver with high rectangular degree, low sidelobe and fast tunning so as to increase bandwidth utilization ratio, cascade periodical interdigital electrodes are used to control polarization conversion based on the electro-optic effect of birefringent crystal LiNbO3. The driven voltages are deduced through the tansmission matrix of the filter in z-field. The simulation shows that the interleaver with high rectangular degree and sidelobe of 35dB can realize different bandwidth filtering by control the driven voltages.
