基于固有频率的点焊结构疲劳损伤非线性演化
Nonlinear Damage Spot Welds based on Natural Frequency
结合点焊结构在疲劳破坏过程中的固有频率变化,利用其所代表的损伤,分析了损伤随寿命增加的非线性演化。依据损伤力学中的损伤随寿命增加的演化形式,得到的点焊试样疲劳破坏过程中的非线性损伤演化规律。点焊结构在不同的载荷水平下,损伤随寿命的演化有不同的曲线,即载荷水平影响损伤的演化。变幅载荷作用下在对疲劳损伤进行累积时,不同载荷水平下损伤的累是非线性的。
he fatigue damage of spot welds were analyzed according to the natural frequency change during fatigue life. The damage was represented by changes of natural frequency. The nonliear damage evolution rule for spot welds during fatigue process were obtained based on damage mechanics. The damage evolution curves were different for spot welds under different fatigue loadings. And then the fatigue damage accumulation for spot welds under should be nonliear accordingly.
