白念珠菌pH应答转录因子Rim101p在大肠中的表达
he Expression of Candida albcians Transcirptial Factor Rim101p in E.coli
Rim101蛋白是白念珠菌中pH应答反应的重要转录因子。为进一步研究Rim101p的功能，采用PCR方法获得RIM101基因序列，PCR产物克隆入表达载体pET-21a，转化大肠杆菌表达菌BL21，通过摸索诱导条件使Rim101p在大肠杆菌中成功表达。EMSA实验结果进一步验证了重组Rim101p的活性。
In candida albicans, Rim101p is an important transcripital factor to pH response. For further research on Rim101p function. we clone the Rim101 gene ,construct expression voctor pET-21a-Rim101 and make the Rim101p express in E.coli successfully. EMSA results suggest that. Rim101p expressed in E.coli has the ability to bind GCCAAGAA element .
