介电特性在番茄和苹果品种识别中的应用

目前,果蔬品种识别方法的研究多局限于基于计算机视觉的图像处理方法。该方法存在硬件投资费用较高等缺点。为了探索简单、方便、低成本的果蔬品种识别方法,本文研究了FA-189,402和国粹番茄以及红富士和红星苹果的介电特性,提出以10kHz与100kHz下番茄相对介电常数的比值 以及10kHz下的相对介电常数 作为番茄品种识别的指标,指出当 时,被测样品为402番茄;当 且 时,被测样品为FA-189;当 且 时,被测样品为国粹。该方法对样品的平均识别率为81%。同时,应用BP神经网络于番茄品种的识别。结果表明,2-11-3的网络结构对三种样品的平均识别率为80%。基于红富士和红星苹果相对介电常数 和电阻率 的差异,提出根据 作为二品种苹果识别的指标。规定,当 时,被测样品为红富士;当 时,被测样品为红星。该方法对二种果品平均识别率为91%。本研究为果蔬品种的自动化识别提供了一种新方法,为电特性在农业工程中的应用提供了一条新途径。

Present study on identifying species of fruits and vegetables are mostly limited to image processing method,which has the shortcoming of high investment. In order to study simple, cheap and low cost fruit identification method, dielectric properties of tomatoes, such as FA-189, 402 and Guocui species as well as apples, such as Fuji and Hongxing species were studied. Applied , the ratio of tomatoes’ relative dielectric constants under 10kHz and 100kHz, and , relative dielectric constant under 10kHz, as indexes in identifying tomato species. It was pointed that the sample was 402 when , it was FA-189 when and , and it was Guocui when and . The average identification ratio for tomato species was 81%. Meantime, BP neural network was also used in identifying tomato species. Its average identification ratio was 80% under the network of 2-11-3. Based on difference between relative dielectric properties, , and resistivity, , of Fuji apples and Hongxing apples, used as indexes in identifying apple species. The sample was Fuji apple if , or it was Hongxing apple. The average identification ratio of this method was 91%. This study provides a new method for identifying fruit’s species automatically and offers a new approach for applying dielectric properties in agricultural engineering.
