基于价值工程的ZT速递公司的配送流程优化

In recent years, the domestic express industry is developing rapidly, but the common problems of high costs and low efficiency, especially the management of distribution process , have been neglected and result to the high cost of logistics. This paper analysis the function and cost of the distribution process of the Xiqing second part of ZT express in Tianjin by the method of Value Engineering. An optimization scheme is provided after finding out the function which does not match with the cost. There is a series of high efficiency process after optimizing. It reaches the aim of reducing the cost.
