α,β-不饱和羰基化合物在有机合成中占有重要的地位。在制备α,β-不饱和羰基化合物的众多方法中,Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons(HWE)反应具有很好的区域选择性和立体选择性,占据着主导地位。基于此,设计合成新型结构的Horner试剂对于合成α,β-不饱和羰基化合物具有重要意义。本文设计合成了结构新颖的含恶唑烷酮结构的Horner试剂,并将其成功应用于N-H烯基亚烷基-2-氧杂-戊内酰胺前体,为HWE反应中所使用的Horner试剂提供了新思路。

α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds are impoortant in organic synthesis. Among the many methods for the preparation of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, the Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons (HWE) reaction takes up the leading position with good regioselectivity and stereoselectivity . Based on this, the design and synthesis of novel structures of Horner reagents are of great importance for the synthesis of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. In this paper, we have designed and synthesized a novel structural Horner reagent containing oxazolidinone , and successfully applied to the preparation of N-H alkylidene-2-oxa-pentalactam precursors, providing a new idea for Horner reagents used in HWE reactions.
