灰霉病菌侵染对黄瓜叶片光合作用和PSII光化学活性的影响
Effect of Botrytis cinrea infection on photosynthesis and PSII photocehemical activity in leaves of cucumber
通过气体交换与快速叶绿素荧光分析方法研究了感染灰霉病菌后的黄瓜叶片光合活性和光合机构的变化。结果表明感病后光合速率Pn、气孔导度Gs降低,而胞间CO2浓度Ci升高,说明黄瓜遭受灰霉菌侵染后光合速率的下降是叶肉细胞光合活性下降引起的。快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学分析表明感病后,黄瓜叶片光合机构电子传递受阻,放氧复合体受到伤害,这是造成PSⅡ光化学活性下降的主要原因,也是引起黄瓜叶片光合能力下降的原因之一。
Effect of Botrytis cinrea infection on photosynthetic activities and photosynthetic apparatus in leaves of cucumber infected by Botrytis cinrea were studied by measurements of gas exchange and analysis of the fast polyphasic chlorophyll a fluorescence transient. The photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance decreased and intercellular CO2 concentration enhanced. So the decrease of the photosynthetic rate was because of the decrease of photosynthetic activities in mesophyllic cells. The electron transport of photosynthetic apparatus is blocked and oxygen evolving complexs are injured by the analysis of the fast polyphasic chlorophyll a fluorescence transient. The decline of PSⅡ photochemistry activities are mainly due to the blocked electron transport and injury of the oxygen evolving complexs. Also, the blocked electron transport and injury of the oxygen evolving complexs are one of the causes that induce the decrease of photodynthetic capacity in leaves of cucumber.
