独立学院毕业生就业满意度影响因素实证研究:考虑学校就业干预的作用
On Independent-College Graduates' Employment Satisfaction:The Role of Employment Intervention in School
本文在问卷调查收集数据的基础上,采用因子分析法萃取就业满意度的三个因子:职业发展、内在价值和职业收益,通过方差分析证实了毕业生的个人特征(性别、专业、家庭经济状态、学业成绩、学生干部任职经历)对于就业满意度的感知存在显著差异,通过相关关系和多元回归分析验证了学校就业干预对于就业满意度呈现显著的正向关系,并基于研究结论提出了相应的对策建议。
he research data is gathered on the basis of questionnaire survey. We extracted three dimensions of job satisfaction using factor analytical method, including career development, intrinsic value and occupational earnings. It is also found that there are significant differences in perception of employment satisfaction by the graduates with different level of personal characteristics (gender, profession, family economic status, academic performance, as a student cadre experience) based on analysis of variance .Finally it verified school intervention with graduate employment has significantly positive effect by multiple regression analysis, and puts forward relevant, extremely targeted advice for student employment administration.
