基于时间序列DEA模型的房地产业效率评价
Evaluation of Efficiency of Real Estates Based on the Time-series DEA Model
本文采用时间序列DEA模型描述澳门房地产业的效率和效率的波动情况，并对得到的数据结果再结合现实的情况进行了分析。因方法限制，本文对澳门房地产效率分析得到的各项指标的结果只是给出了其上下边界值。
his paper applies the time-series DEA model to depicit the efficiency and real estates of Macao and its fluctuations. Combined with the results and the actual situation, some analysis are performed. Limited by the method, we only give the boundary value of the result of the effeiciency of the real estate of Macao.
