本文以三相12/8结构开关磁阻电动机(SRM)为研究对象,设计了一种性能优良的开关磁阻电机调速系统。根据SRM非线性特性设计模糊控制转速闭环控制方案。系统采用TMS320F2812为控制器并配以高速逻辑电路,给出了系统的工作原理、硬件结构及主要的控制软件设计。合理的硬件资源利用和较好的控制软件设计使得SRM运行可靠,鲁棒性好,性价比高。通过实验说明本文设计的模糊控制器不但切实可行,而且效果很好,调速系统响应快,鲁棒性好,已在实际中得到成功应用。

he paper takes three-phase 12/8 structure of switched reluctance motor (SRM) as the research object, and designs a kind of excellent performance of switched reluctance motor speed control system. According to nonlinear characteristics of SRM, it designs a fuzzy closed-loop speed control scheme. The system adopts TMS320F2812 as controller and high-speed logic circuit. The working principle of the system, the hardware structure and the main control software design is given. The reasonable utilization of hardware resources and good control software design makes the SRM reliable operation, good robustness, cost-effective. Through the experiments, it indicates that this design of fuzzy controller not only feasible, but the effect is very good, it has fast response system and good robustness, has successfully applied in practice.
