分析了HCN固化床反应器的反应机理和生产工艺特点,针对其影响生产的主要因素,对生产工艺进行了机理建模,设计了一套基于Hammerstein模型的非线性多量预测函数控制器,对其进行计算机控制系统,实现其生产过程的全自动和优化控制,并进行了其可行性分析。
his article analysis the technology mechanics features of HCN reactor. Based on the major element of HCN production, the mechanism model of HCN fixed-bed reactor is established. Then, a nonlinear multivariable predictive functional controller is designed to control the system. The improvement method on the technology is presented and a automatic control system of the production is designed. We take the feasibility analysis at the same time.
