采用平面阵列线圈检测铝制试件表面裂纹的研究
Study on surface crack of aluminum using planar array coils
本文研制了一种平面阵列线圈传感器,并设计了相应的检测装置,通过仿真分析,证明了该阵列线圈检测铝板裂纹的可行性;对铝板表面的预制裂纹进行检测实验,采集了多组实验数据,并利用了梯度分析、小波变换等方法进行数据处理。实验结果表明,该方法能够满足检测实际需求,对裂纹具有较高的灵敏度。
his paper developed a planar array coil sensor and designed the corresponding test device. The feasibility of crack detection of aluminum plate using the array coils has been proved through the simulation analysis. Based on the detection experiments of the pre-cracks on the aluminum plate, multiple sets of experimental data have been collected. Using variety of methods such as gradient analysis, wavelet transform to process the data. The experimental results show that the method can meet the actual needs of detection and it has high sensitivity to the cracks.
