La0.7Sr0.3MnO3包覆LiFePO4/C的制备与性能研究
Synthesis and modification of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 coated LiFePO4/C cathode materials
本文采用溶胶凝胶法制备LiFePO4/C材料,对其进行La0.7Sr0.3MnO3包覆,改善其电化学性能。利用透射电镜、恒电流充放电技术与交流阻抗技术对其微观结构和电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:包覆6% La0.7Sr0.3MnO3的样品电化学性能最好,在0.1C倍率下首次放电容量达到141.5 mAhog-1;在1C倍率下仍有80.7 mAhog-1,10次循环后容量损失为4.6%。
LiFePO4/C composite materials were synthesized by sol-gel method with La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 as co-coating material. The microstructure and electrochemical performances were evaluated by TEM, galvanostatic charge-discharge and impedance spectroscopy. The results indicated that the sample with 6 wt% La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 showed the highest discharge capacity of 141.5 mAhog-1 and 80.7 mAhog-1 at 0.1C and 1C, respectively. The capacity loss was only 4.6% after 10 cycles at 1C rate.
