针对子空间类DOA估计算法运算量较大,对实际系统和信号环境有较高的要求的缺点,以时间反转理论为基础,提出了一种新的信号来波方向估计算法,即虚拟时间反转(VTR)DOA估计算法,并将该算法应用于远场窄带信号源方位角的被动估计中。为验证该算法的可行性和精确性,搭建了测向系统并进行了仿真实验。结果表明,该算法的大样本测向精度与MUSIC算法和ESPRIT算法比较接近,且均方根误差始终小于1 ,比传统的比相法要小得多。

Because the calculation amount of subspace direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation algorithms is large and the high request for actual system, a new DOA estimation method based on time reversal (TR) theory, namely virtual TR(VTR) DOA estimation algorithm is proposed, and it is applied to estimating the azimuth angle of far field narrowband signal source. In order to demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of this algorithm, the direction finding model is built and computer simulations are carried out. The results show that, compared with MUSIC and ESPRIT method, this algorithm has a similar accuracy in large sample and its RMSE is always smaller than 1 , which is much less than phase comparison method.
