饮食与神经系统退行性疾病的关系的孟德尔随机化研究
Relationship between diet and neurodegenerative diseases by Mendelian randomized study
本文研究饮食与神经系统退行性疾病的关系:一项孟德尔随机化研究旨在探讨饮食与神经系统退行性疾病的关系,为神经系统退行性疾病的预防提供新的思路。我们以常见食物为主要研究对象,有肉类、奶酪、蔬菜、水果、谷物和四种酒精,被作为工具变量加以利用。本研究采用逆方差加权(IVW)方法以及MR-Egger、加权中值法、加权模型等分析方法来验证研究结果。IVW结果显示家禽[OR=9.503,95%CI:1.044-86.515,P=0.0457]与帕金森病症相关,猪肉[OR=3.833,95%CI:1.277-11.502,P=0.0165]、奶酪[OR=1.472,95%CI:1.017-2.130,P=0.0400]、啤酒[OR=3.148,95%CI:1.396-7.099,P=0.0057]与阿尔兹海默症相关,新鲜水果[OR=692.900,95%CI:5.172-92822.239,P=0.0088]与额颞叶痴呆疾病相关,羊肉[OR=0.343,95%CI:0.199-0.590,P=0.0001]与肌萎缩侧索硬化相关,沙拉[OR=7.655,95%CI:1.019-57.527,P=0.0479]与路易体痴呆相关。特别是,家禽、猪肉、奶酪、新鲜水果、沙拉、啤酒的摄入量与神经系统退行性疾病风险呈正相关,羊肉与肌萎缩侧索硬化风险呈负相关。另外的包括蔬菜、谷物都与神经系统退行性疾病的发生没有显著联系。
In this paper explored the link between diet and neurodegenerative diseases: A Mendelian randomized study aimed to explore the relationship between diet and neurodegenerative diseases, and provide new ideas for the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases. We focused on common foods, including meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits, grains, and four types of alcohol, which were used as instrumental variables. In this study, the inverse variance-weighted (IVW) method, MR-Egger, weighted median method, weighted model and other analytical methods were used to verify the research results. IVW results showed that poultry [OR=9.503, 95%CI: 1.044-86.515, P=0.0457] was associated with Parkinson\'s disease, pork [OR=3.833, 95%CI: 1.277-11.502, P=0.0165], cheese [OR=1.472, 95%CI: 1.017-2.130, P=0.0400], beer [OR=3.148, 95% CI: 1.396-7.099, P=0.0057] was associated with Alzheimer\'s disease, fresh fruit [OR=692.900, 95%CI: 5.172-92822.239, P=0.0088] was associated with frontotemporal dementia, mutton [OR=0.343, 95%CI: 0.199-0.590, P=0.0001] was associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, and salad [OR=7.655, 95% CI: 1.019-57.527, P=0.0479] was associated with dementia with Lewy bodies. In particular, the intake of poultry, pork, cheese, fresh fruit, salad, and beer was positively correlated with the risk of neurodegenerative diseases, and lamb was negatively correlated with the risk of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Others, including vegetables and grains, are not significantly associated with the occurrence of degenerative diseases of the nervous system.
