信息不对称条件下基于博弈模型的企业人力资源招聘对策研究
Research on Strategy of Enterprise Human Resource Recruitment Based on Game Model Under Conditions of Asymmetric Information
招聘实质上是企业与应聘者在追求利益最大化条件下进行博弈的过程,但是由于信息的不对称,招聘市场很容易出现逆向选择的问题。因此,本文运用博弈论与信息经济学的相关理论与方法,从信息不对称的角度出发,建立招聘市场的静态博弈模型和信号传递博弈模型来探讨招聘过程中招聘双方的博弈行为选择以及博弈均衡存在的条件,并且基于博弈分析的结果针对企业如何进行有效的招聘提出一些对策与建议,旨在保证招聘双方效用的最大化。
Recruitment is essentially the game process of enterprises and candidates to seek maximum benefits, but due to the asymmetry of information, the recruitment market is very prone to the problem of adverse selection. therefore, the paper using the theories and methods of game theory and information economics, from the perspective of information asymmetry, build static game model and signaling game model of the recruitment market to explore game behavioral choices of both sides of recruitment and the conditions of game equilibrium in the process of recruitment, and based on the results of game analysis, this paper put forward some strategies and recommendations for enterprises on how to effectively take recruitment to ensure both sides of the recruitment achieve utility maximization.
