基于绿色建筑设计理念的中小学校建筑气候设计研究

提高中小学校教学空间品质,降低学校使用能耗,是中小学校绿色设计的核心目标。首先从建筑气候设计入手,以西安地区为例,通过分析学校使用时间段的典型年气象数据,进而比较学校与住宅,在建筑气候设计方面的差异。其次提出西安地区学校建筑气候设计策略及原则。最后结合设计实例,借鉴地方传统民居中的绿色建筑营造经验,从总平面布局,教学组团组织到建筑单体的营造,使学校建筑契合地区气候条件,从而实现学校建筑的可持续发展。

It is the core target of green design, that is to improve the quality of teaching space in school and to reduce the energy consumption of primary and middle schools. Firstly, starting from the climatic building design, the typical meteorological year data is analyzed in using a period of schools, taking Xi'an as an example. The difference is compared between school and residential in bioclimatic architecture design. Secondly the strategy and principle of bioclimatic architecture design is proposed for schools in Xi'an. Combined with design example and reference to the construction experiences of green building of local traditional houses, the sustainable development of the school building is realized from overall layout, teaching group organization and construction of building, which make the school buildings fit to local climate condition.
