圆柱阵列对微燃烧器换热强化的影响研究
Effect of staggered cylindrical array on heat transfer in micro-TPV combustor
为改善微燃烧器壁面温度分布,设计了微TPV系统圆柱强化换热燃烧器。采用数值模拟对比分析了圆柱强化换热对热辐射壁面温度分布、火焰驻定特性以及稳燃当量比范围的影响,并提出进一步改进。研究结果显示,采用圆柱强化换热后的微燃烧器壁面温度提高了74k且壁温分布更均匀,有效辐射量提升34.55%;同时具有更好驻燃性能,火焰位移仅4.8mm;其稳燃当量比范围为0.5-4.5。为拓宽稳燃当量比范围,缩短了圆柱阵列,改进后的圆柱强化换热燃烧器在0.3-5.5稳燃当量比范围的基础上依然具备34.39w的有效辐射,且温度分布均匀性得到进一步改善。?????
In this paper, a new type of micro-thermophotovoltaic combustor with heat transfer enhancement of staggered cylindrical array is proposed. By numerical simulation, the radiation wall temperature distribution and combustion stability are compared. The results indicate that the wall temperature in cylindrical-array combustor is 74K higher and more uniform with the usable radiation increases 34.55% to 35.98w. Meanwhile, the staggered cylindrical array shows a relatively anchored flame which moves 4.8mm when inlet velocity increases from 4m/s to 16m/s. However, the 0.5~4.5 equivalence ratio range is slightly narrower than 0.4~6.0 in the conventional-channel combustor. To extend the equivalence ratio range, the length of cylindrical array was reduced to 10mm. After improvement, the equivalence ratio range is extended to 0.3~5.5 with a usable radiation of 34.39w and a better wall temperature uniformity.?????
