施肥可以提高植物净初级生产力,在一定程度上增加土壤碳的输入,另一方面又能改变植物和土壤生态化学计量特征,影响土壤有机碳降解。本文研究了不同施肥处理(N5、N10、N15、N5P5、N10P10、N15P15、CK)对土壤和三个功能群六种植物的生态化学计量特征的影响。结果表明:施肥显著降低了土壤有机碳(SOC)含量,氮磷合施显著降低了土壤C/P(除N10处理)和C/N;氮磷合施则显著增加了五种非豆科植物的磷含量,降低了它们的C/P和N/P;高施肥量单施氮肥(N15)显著提高了五种非豆科植物的N/P,但显著降低了禾草的C/N;各处理下禾草C/N均大于杂类草,禾草C/P也大于杂类草(除N5和N10处理)。综上,本文得出以下结论:高施肥量单施氮肥在一定程度上能缓解该地区氮限制情况,氮磷合施则会加剧氮限制状况。该地区施肥不利于土壤有机碳的积累,可能原因是施肥尤其是氮磷合施降低了土壤C/N,加快了有机碳的降解。

Fertilization could increase the net primary production of plant and enhance the input of SOC,it could also change the Ecological stoichiometry characteristics of plant and soil. In this study, we investigated the efffects of N and N+P fertilization on Ecological stoichiometry characteristics in six species and soil at the rate of 5, 10, and 15 g m?2 yr?1 (N5、N10、N15、N5P5、N10P10、N15P15)compared to the unfertilized control treatment. The results showed that fertilization significantly decreased the soil organic carbon(SOC) content, the treatments of N+P significantly decreased soil C/P (except N10) and soil C/N; Besides, the treatments of N+P significantly increased the total P content in five non-legume species, and significantly decreased their C/P and N/P; The treatment of N15 significantly increased the N/P in five non-legume species but decreased C/N in two grasses compared to the control treatment; In all of the treatments, the C/N in two grasses was higher compared to the three forbs, and the C/P in two grass species was also higher than the three forbs (except N5 and N10). In conclusion, single N fertilization at high rate (N15) could alleviate N contraintst, while the treatments of N+P could aggravate the N contraints. Because of lowered soil C/N, fertilization is not conducive to SOC accumulation in this area.
