肿瘤的发生、发展是一个复杂的连续过程, 众多基因或蛋白表达产物在不同时段异常表达以及它们之间构成的复杂调控网络使得肿瘤的生物学行为至今仍未得以阐明。生物芯片是后基因组时代肿瘤学研究中的重要手段,其中Chip 技术与芯片技术相结合( ChIP-chip)的出现,成为研究一些关键组分活性的有力武器, 广泛用于肿瘤细胞的表遗传修饰、DNA-蛋白结合位点的研究。通过结合位点分析信息与基因表达数据相联系, 将有助于寻找生物标志物, 研究疾病的分子病理学等, 从而了解基因表达的机制, 找到调控基因表达的方法, 研制出有效的治疗手段。本文重点对ChIP-chip技术在肿瘤研究和诊断治疗中的应用做一简要综述。

Biochip is an important technique in the post genome era for oncology research, The Chip technology and the combination of chip technology (Chip - chip), become the powerful weapon of the some of the key components of activity, Chip-chip had widely used in the field of the tumor cells epigenetic modification and DNA - protein binding site. Through the analysis of the binding site information associated with gene expression data,which will help to find biomarkers, research on molecular pathology of the disease,and so on. To understanding the mechanisms of gene expression, finding a way to regulate gene expression, developing effective treatments . This article focus on ChIP-chip technologies in cancer research and to make a brief review on the application of the diagnosis and treatment.
