Study on Improving the Moisture absorption and Sanitary Properties of Microfiber Synthetic Leather Base by Collagen

将改性有机膦鞣剂FP作为交联剂,采用胶原蛋白对浓硫酸预处理后的超细纤维合成革基布进行改性研究,以期增加合成革基布的活性基团,改善其卫生性能。结果表明:胶原蛋白改性后基布表面的羧基含量是预处理试样的2.96倍,氨基含量是预处理试样的2.15倍;改性基布的透水汽性能较预处理试样提高了65.16%,吸湿性能较预处理试样提高了179.72%。通过FT-IR、SEM、AFM、TG和接触角对改性产物的检测表明胶原蛋白能够均匀地交联改性到基布中,其产物表面纤维的松散程度增大,亲水性基团增多,相对平均粗糙度降低,而且胶原蛋白改性对基布的热稳定性能有一定的影响。

Modified the sulfuric acid pretreated microfiber synthetic leather base by collagen under the crosslinking effect of FP to increase the active groups and improve the sanitary properties. Compared with that of pretreated sample, the content of carboxyl group on the modified base sample were 2.96 times and the content of amino group were 2.15 times. The water vapor permeability of collagen modified sample increased by 65.16% and the moisture absorption increased by 179.72% compared with that of pretreated sample. The test result of FT-IR, SEM, AFM, TG and water contact angle showed that the collagen molecules have crosslinked with fiber surface model equably, the microfiber base exhibits better dispersion after modification, the hydrophility enhanced, and the relative average roughness decreased. Modification by collagen also affected the thermal properties of the modified sample compared with that of the pretreated sample.
