随着互联网技术的发展,移动终端设备的广泛应用,以及支付方式的完善,愈来愈多的消费者选择线上购物,吸引了大量企业开展B2C电子商务服务。物流作为B2C电子商务的关键环节,如何提升物流配送服务的满意度成为了企业共同关注的焦点。本文围绕B2C电子商务配送质量,构建物流配送服务满意度评价的指标模型和评价方法。由于影响B2C物流配送服务满意度的因素存在模糊性和不确定性等特征,本文在软集合理论的基础上,研究和建立了基于模糊双射软集合的B2C物流配送满意度评价指标体系和方法,深入挖掘客户满意度与配送服务之间的联系。结合实证分析,本文所建立的评价指标和方法能够对B2C物流配送服务满意度进行评价,对企业提高竞争力具有一定的实际意义。

With the development of Internet technology, the popularity of mobile terminal devices, and the improvement of payment methods, more and more consumers choose online shopping, which attracts a large number of enterprises to develop B2C e-commerce services. As the key link of e-commerce, how to improve the satisfaction of logistics distribution service has become the focus of enterprises. Based on the B2C e-commerce distribution quality, this paper constructs the index model and evaluation method of logistics distribution service satisfaction evaluation. Due to the fuzziness and uncertainty of the factors affecting the customer satisfaction of B2C logistics distribution, based on the soft set theory, this paper studies and establishes the evaluation index system and method of B2C logistics distribution satisfaction based on the fuzzy bijection soft set, and excavates the relationship between customer satisfaction and distribution service. Combined with the empirical analysis, the evaluation indexes and methods established in this paper can evaluate the satisfaction of B2C logistics distribution service, which has a certain practical significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
