EECP蛋白表达在乳腺癌中的初步研究

Objectives: The study was aimed to investigate the EECP expression in tissue and plasm of breast cancer patients. Method: EECP protein in 15 tissue slices were detected by IHC assay.EECP protein in plasma of 71 normal /benign disease females and 130 breast cancer patients were detected by ELISA assay. Result: The result of all cases of control from adjacent tissue was negative. Strong,diffuse EECP staining was detected in 12 cases of breast cancer tissue, 1 case was negative,2 cases were uncertain. Stronger expression of EECP protein was observed in breast cancer specimens compared with the adjacent normal tissue. EECP protein conentration in the breast cancer patinet was 13.38±1.37 ng/ml, while that in controls was 3.7±0.48 ng/ml. There was a statistical significance increased（P＜0.01）. Conclusion: EECP may be a breast cancer related gene and tumor marker.
