外源喷施脱落酸对半干旱地区两个春小麦品种灌浆过程的影响
Effects of Exogenous Spraying Abscisic Acid (ABA) on Grain Filling Processes in Two Spring Wheat Varieties Released in Different Years on Semi-arid Area
脱落酸(ABA)可抑制植物生长,加速植物的衰老。(目的)本文研究外源喷施脱落酸(ABA)对半干旱地区群体选择中两个品种(农家品种和现代品种)灌浆过程的影响,了解调控两个春小麦品种灌浆过程的特征。(方法)试验材料选择农家品种和尚头(HST)和现代品种陇春8275(LC),通过对春小麦喷施定量的脱落酸,跟踪了解脱落酸对两个小麦品种灌浆进程中灌浆速率、光合速率与气孔导度的影响,采用Richards生长方程对干物质累积过程进行拟合。(结果)发现农家品种和尚头在外源喷施ABA后起始生长势R0(0.1563)高于对照(0.1378);现代品种陇春8275喷施ABA的起始生长势为0.2698大于对照(0.1826);农家品种和尚头的灌浆活跃生长期(D)为26.6699(HST+ABA)大于对照的24.3619(HST+CK);现代品种陇春8275的灌浆活跃生长期较短,为19.9131(LC+ABA)和21.9970(LC+CK);和尚头喷施ABA后产量显著降低,但能提高灌浆初期的灌浆速率;陇春8275在喷施ABA后产量没有降低,灌浆前期灌浆持续时间变短,灌浆中期灌浆速率提高,与弱势籽粒灌浆有关的灌浆后期灌浆时间增长。(结论):研究得出,灌浆是多因素共同作用的结果,外源喷施ABA不能使半干旱地区农家品种和尚头和现代品种陇春8275增产,但外源喷施ABA加速了强势籽粒的灌浆进程,可以防范由外界因素致使的大幅度减产的可能,对陇春8275中后期的弱势籽粒的灌浆也起到促进作用。
bscisic acid (ABA) can inhibit plant growth and accelerate plant senescence. (Objective)This article discuss about the different effects of exogenous spraying ABA on grain filling processes in spring two wheat varieties(native variety: HST, modern variety: LC8275) released in different years in semi-arid area, to acquire the characteristics of grain filling process. (Method) Through sprayed quantitative ABA for two spring wheat varieties, tracking and inquiring the effect of grain filling rate, photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance in wheat grain filling stages. Adopted the Richards growth equation to fitting dry matter (DM) accumulation process. (Result) The native variety (HST) initial growth power (R0) was higher than control (CK): (0.1563(HST+ABA)>0.1378(HST+CK)), and the modern variety (LC8275) R0 was 0.2698 higher than CK (0.1826). The native variety grain filling active growth period (D) was 26.6699 (HST+ABA) longer than CK (24.3619, HST+CK). The modern variety grain filling active growth period were 19.9131 (LC+ABA) and 21.9970 (LC+CK). The native variety (HST) production significantly reduced after sprayed ABA, but it could improve the grain filling rate in early grain filling period. The modern variety (LC8275) production has not been reduced after sprayed ABA, the duration of early grain filling has been shortened, and the grain filling rate of medium-term has been increased. The late filling stage has been increased which has more relationship with inferior grains filling. (Conclusion) From comparative study can find: Grain filling is the result of multiple factors interaction, spraying exogenous ABA can not to raise the native (HST) and modern (LC8275) varieties output of production in semi-arid areas, but it can accelerate the superior grains filling process and guard against the possibility of sharply production reduced by external factors, it surely has effect on inferior grains of modern variety (LC8275) grain filling in medium and late-term.
