基于核磁共振的口腔白色念珠菌的代谢组学初步研究
Initial study on the oral Candida albicans with NMR-based metabonomics
目的:了解口腔白色念珠菌的代谢谱图,探讨基于核磁共振氢谱的代谢组学方法在其快速鉴定中的应用。方法:将患者唾液中的口腔白色念珠菌进行鉴定、纯化、液体培养,选择生长稳定期进行1H-NMR检测,用Simca-P软件主成分分析法进行数据分析。结果:得到口腔白色念珠菌的代谢谱图,主成分分析显示数据内部有集中的聚类关系,可以用以区分口腔白色念珠菌。 结论:基于1H-NMR的代谢组学检测是一种有良好发展前景的快速检测口腔白色念珠菌的方法。
o study the metabolic spectrum of oral candidiasis and evaluate the application of the 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) based metabonomics method in rapid identification of oral Candida albicans. Methods: oral Candida albicans in patients' saliva were identified, cultured in liquid and evaluated by 1H-NMR in the stationary phase, then principal component analysis was applied to complete data analysis with Simca-P software. Results: The metabolic spectrum of oral Candida albicans was finished, Moreover, principal component analysis showed concentrated clustering within data. As a whole,1H-NMR-based metabonomics method can be used to distinguish oral Candida albicans.CONCLUSION: 1H-NMR-based metabonomics method is a promising test for the rapid detection of oral Candida albicans.
