基于梯度扩散薄膜技术原位选择性测定污染水体和自然水体中的六价铬
etermination of hexavalent chromium(CrVI) in natural and polluted waters using Diffusive Gradients in Thin Film Technique
本研究利用实验室开发的含有N-甲基葡糖胺(NMDG)吸附层的梯度扩散薄膜技术(Diffusive Gradients in Thin-films,DGT),对太湖7个湖区水体、某电镀园区排污口河水及某受铬污染的地下水中六价铬进行了原位监测,并分析了污染物的浓度特征。结果表明,DGT测得的太湖水体中六价铬浓度在0.06-0.36 μg/L,总铬浓度在0.98-6.40 μg/L,远低于饮用水健康标准,其中又以竺山湾浓度最高,北太湖浓度总体高于南太湖。电镀厂排污口六价铬离子浓度在0.28-0.76 mg/L,DGT测得平均浓度为0.47 mg/L,低于国家工业废水排放标准。铬盐生产场地地下水受铬污染严重,五个采样点六价铬占总铬的比例达72-99%,六价铬浓度在2.22-315 mg/L,超过地下水质量标准达22-3150倍,建议切断污染源与地下水的联系,立即展开修复。?????
Synthesized N-Methyl-D-glucamine (NMDG) functional resin was incorporated into the DGT binding phase for selective measurement of dissolved CrVI in a river near sewage discharge of a electroplating industrial park, 7 regions from Lake Taihu and 5 boreholes from a known abandoned chromate production factory. The contrations of CrVI determined by DGT and total Cr in Lake Taihu were 0.06-0.36 μg L-1 and 0.98-6.40 μg L-1 respectively, lower than the national standard of drinking water. In details, CrVI concentration was highest in Zhushan bay and the concentration in North Lake was higher than Sourth Lake. The variation of CrVI concentration near the drain outlet was 0.28-0.76 mg L-1, averaged concentration measured by DGT was 0.47 mg L-1, lower than the national standard of industrial wastewater emission. The groundwater was heavily polluted by chromium, CrVI constituted 72-99% of total Cr for all 5 boreholes, the concentration of CrVI was in range of 2.22-315 mg L-1, 22-3150 times of the national standard of groundwaters. Something has to be done to cut off from source of pollution and the field site needs further remediation as soon as possible. ?????
