his paper constructs the fixed effect model and the random effect model, based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2016, from the perspective of the whole producer services industry and its five sub-industries agglomeration. This paper analyzes the influence of the agglomeration of producer services and subsectors on the regional innovation capability. The results show that the overall concentration of producer services has a significant effect on the improvement of regional innovation capability in the whole country.
