研究、比较针刺、艾灸疗法对快速老化小鼠(SAMP8)海马神经干细胞(NSCs)增殖影响的差异性。方法:18只SAMP8小鼠随机分为模型组、针刺组和艾灸组,6只SAMR1小鼠作为正常对照组,针刺组、艾灸组选用“百会”穴进行治疗。每天治疗一次,7天为1疗程,共治疗3个疗程。处死前一周开始给予小鼠50mg/kg 的BrdU腹腔注射,治疗结束后,取海马组织,用免疫组化、免疫荧光双标方法检测NSCs增殖。结果:各组小鼠海马区都有BrdU、BrdU/Nestin、阳性细胞表达,与正常组相比,模型组阳性细胞数较少(P﹤0.05);与模型组相比,针刺组阳性细胞数增多(P﹤0.05),艾灸组阳性细胞数较多,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);针刺组与艾灸相比较无差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:经过三个疗程的治疗,针刺、艾灸都可以促进或诱导SAMP8小鼠海马NSCs增殖,且针刺组有强于艾灸组的趋势。

o investigate the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on hippocmpual neurogenesis of senescence-accelerated mouse prone 8 (SAMP8). Methods Twenty-four SAMP8 mice were randomized equally into the model group,the acupuncture group and the moxibustion group, with 6 senescence-accelerated mouse/resistance SAMR1)as the control group. Acupuncture on Baihui(Du20)was administered once daily for 21 consecutive days in mice in the acupuncture group. After i.p BrdU into the body,the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cell in hippocampus were dectected by immunohistochemistry, double-labled immunofluorescent. Results Both SAMP8 and SAMR1 group appearanced BrdU, BrdU/Nestin positive cells. Compared to SAMR1 group, the positive cells of SAMP8 group were obviously decreased(P﹤0.05). Compared to the SAMP8 group, the positive cells of the acupuncture group were obviously increased(P﹤0.05), and moxibustion group were also increased, but it was not statistically significant (P>0.05). There were no significant difference between the acupuncture group and moxibustion group(P﹥0.05).Conclusion After acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for 21 days, they can promote neural stem cells proliferation in the hippocampus, and the acupuncture group has a tendency to be better than that in the moxibustion group.
