基于FTA的国防工业科技成果转化知识对接障碍研究

Knowledge relay is the key step of knowledge management in Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Defense Industry (TSTADI). The obstacles of knowledge relay of TSTADI root in the subject organization, the distance, the knowledge itself and the particularity of Defense Industry. This paper analyzes the configuration weightiness, probability weightiness and critical weightiness of the obstacles above with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), whose conclusion will provide scientific gist for improving the efficiency and effect of TSTADI.
