In this paper, analysis the methods of road traffic information collection and real-time vehicle navigation, combined with the geographic information processing in GIS, focus on gather traffic information in the road network, as well as traffic analysis solution advantages, give a way to design the traffic information data with the TTI (Traffic and Travelers Information ) standards and the solutions as the basis for the implementation of the floating car data acquisition and dynamic real-time computing, real-time traffic will be finally released in various forms.
