B3G无线移动视频监控系统在铁路抢修中的应用研究

With the construction of railway Informationization, the original video surveillance system has been unable to meet the demand of relevant departments in emergency repair, therefore, according to the Ministry of Railways on the requirements of Informatization Construction, combined with B3G mobile communication technology, conduct a study to achieve real-time video and audio communication between the repair scene and rescue command center, establish the basic system architecture, analyses system application methods and existing problems in application.
