模糊综合评判理论及其在正射影像质量评价中的应用

针对传统的正射影像质量评价中的随意性、片面性,本文在正射影像质量评价中引用了模糊综合评判的方法,给出了影响影像质量的三个评价因素:位置精度、含云量、图像色彩,并应用定量与定性分析的方式求出各个评价因素的隶属函数,对于含云量的计算,提出新的应用MapInfo软件进行面积统计的方法,最后建立模糊综合评判模型,并通过实例说明了该方法的合理性。该法提高正射影像质量评价的全面性、精确性,有一定的推广和应用价值。

aking into account the arbitrary and one-sidedness of traditional quality evaluation about OrthophotoMap,It considered quoting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in quality evaluation about OrthophotoMap.It analyzed the three evaluation factors which impact of the quality of image:location accuracy、cloud cover、 image color,And obtained the membership functions of the various factors by the way of analysis of quantitative and qualitative.Among which ,we initially proposed a way of area statistics to Calculate the value of cloud cover using MapInfo software,and it finally established a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Practice has proved that the method is reasonable and can greatly enhance the comprehensiveness, accuracy of evaluating OrthophotoMap quality, there are a lot of values of promotion and application about it
