基于CiteSpace的针刺治疗卒中后抑郁的可视化分析

Objective: By analyzing the research on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression, the development trend and research hotspots in this field were summarized, so as to assist the clinical trials and basic research in acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods: China Academic Journals Full Text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Database, Chongqing VIP Chinese Journal Database and PubMed Database were searched for articles on acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression from 2005 to 2021. The visualization analysis of relevant information was carried out by CiteSpace software. Results: A total of 1041 Chinese and 31 English articles were included. The articles published reached the peak in 2021. There were 42 core authors in Chinese articles, and 10 authors in English articles with the highest number of publications of 2. The research teams took core authors as the main research force to promote the development, and there was a certain connection between research institutions. It was found that post-stroke depression, acupuncture, depression, stroke, electroacupuncture and so on were higher appeared keywords in Chinese articles, while psd, acupuncture, depression, meta-analysis, rct were higher appeared keywords in English articles. There were 15 keywords clusters formed in Chinese articles, while 5 keywords clusters formed in English articles. Keyword prominence and timeline analysis jointly reflect the development context and research trend in this field. Conclusion: In this study, the research status and hot spots in the field of acupuncture treatment of post-stroke depression were visually analyzed, and the development trend was summarized and predicted to provide relevant reference for clinical and scientific researchers.
