曲轴是发动机上的重要零部件之一,其性能的好坏直接影响整车质量和寿命。曲轴在发动机中承担着最大负荷和全部功率,承受着方向不断变化的弯矩及扭矩,也经受着高速运转中长时间的磨损。车用发动机曲轴的材料主要有球墨铸铁和锻钢两类,加工工艺分为粗加工、半精加工和精加工三个过程,对安装过程有非常严格的要求。
he crankshaft is one of the most important parts in engine. Its performance directly impacts the automotive quality and longevity of service. The crankshaft takes the heaviest load , the whole power, the bending moment , the torque and the abrasion. The material main have nodular cast iron and forged steel. The technics contains rough machine, semi-finish and finish machining. There are the very strict requests in the process of installation.
