论社区图书馆与社区文化建设的关系

社区图书馆是社区的有机组成部分，它是社会进步和居民文化信息需求的产物。本文定义了社区、社区文化和社区图书馆的内涵，分析了社区图书馆与社区文化建设的关系。指出发展社区图书馆是社区文化建设的需要，同时图书馆的社会属性决定了社区图书馆与社区文化建设不可分割，论述了社区图书馆对社区文化建设的促进作用。
ommunity library is an integral part of a community, and a product of social development to meet people’s demands for knowledge and information. This paper defined characteristics of community, community culture and community library, and the interaction between community culture development and community library. Establishment of community libraries is a prerequisite for community culture development. The social-oriented function of community library means it is closely related and a contributor to community culture development.
