数字孪生驱动的生产线云管控平台研究
Research on Cloud Management Platform of Production Line Driven by Digital Twin
企业广泛将云平台应用到生产过程的管控系统中,实现了远程管控生产设备、生产资源和生产计划。但随生产设备数量的增加,以及生产过程数据变得多源、异构和大量。传统云管控系统无法将生产设备和生产数据融合,不能合理管控生产制造过程。所以本文结合数字孪生技术,提出了数字孪生驱动的生产线云管控平台框架,将该框架划分为物理生产线、数字孪生模型、生产线云管控系统和数据资源中心四个模块,并采用OPC UA作为模块之间的标准接口,然后分析了各个模块的组成和功能。重点研究了数据资源中心的数据流动过程,并采用基于XML数据映射字典进行各模块之间的数据传输。
loud platform is widely apply to management system of the production process by Enterprises, in order to realize remote control of production equipments, production resources and production plannings. However, as the number of production equipment increases, as well as the data of the production process become multi-source, heterogeneous and large. Traditionalcloud management systems can not integrate production equipment and production data and reasonably control the manufacturing process. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework of cloud management and control platform of the production line driven by digital twin. The framework is divided into four modules: physical production line, digital twin model, cloud management system of the production line and data resource center. OPC UA is used as the standard interface between modules. Then the compositions and functions of each module are analyzed. This paper focuses on the data flow process of data resource center, and XML-based data mapping dictionary is uses to transmit data between modules.
