激光光谱法测量液膜蒸发率及传质系数
Measurement of evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient of liquid film by laser spectroscopy
本文基于激光吸收光谱技术同步测量液膜厚度与温度,根据液膜蒸发过程中膜厚变化确定液膜蒸发率与传质系数,测量厚度上限为1mm。同时测量了水膜在加热过程中的厚度变化,确定了在蒸发过程中的蒸发率及传质系数,并对蒸发率和传质系数与温度的相关性进行了分析。实验结果表明,温度对蒸发率及传质系数有强化作用。本文将为进一步研究液膜相变过程提供了理论基础。
he thickness and temperature of the liquid film were measured simultaneously in this paper based on the laser absorption spectroscopy. According to the variation of the liquid film thickness in film evaporation process, liquid film evaporation rate and its mass transfer coefficient were determined, The measurement upper limit for film thickness was 1mm. The film thickness variation during the heating process was also measured and the evaporation rate and mass transfer cofficient were obtained. The correlation between evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient and temperature was discussedhere. The experimental results indicated that the temperature could intensify the evaporation rate and mass transfer coefficient. It provides theoritical foundation for further research of liquid film phase transition process.
