FIOWHA算子及其在群决策中的应用

o study the problem of multiple attribute decision making in which the decision making information values are triangular fuzzy number complementary judgement matrix, a new group decision making method is proposed. Then the calculation steps to solve it are given. As the key step, some new operators are proposed such as fuzzy weighted harmonic averaging (FWHA) operator, fuzzy ordered weighted harmonic averaging (FOWHA) operator and fuzzy induced ordered weighted harmonic averaging (FIOWHA) operator and a method based on the FWHA and FIOWHA operators for fuzzy MAGDM is presented. The expected values of triangular fuzzy number are used to rank the alternatives. At last, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate.
